Free 30 Day Trial
Add as many Venues to your music account as you desire during your free trial. A Venue is the business location where the music is played. Following your trial period, you will receive an email billing statement for the account set-up fees and monthly charge for each venue receiving ONPREMISE Music. To discontinue the music service and owe nothing simply cancel before your trial expires. You can cancel your account from inside your account profile.

New Accounts
There is a one time set-up fee for setting up your music account. There is no fee charged to add a venue to your music account. Monthly fees are only charged when you begin receiving the music service at a venue location and no payments are due until after you've completed your 30 day free trial.

Service Term and Monthly Fees
Select a service term above. The monthly service fee for the music service is determined by the length of service you select. A longer service term lowers the monthly fee for each venue receiving the music service. Cancel at anytime for any reason without penalty. However, in the event you cancel prior to the end of your selected Service Term then the music service fee is adjusted according to the actual length of time you received service. There are no accelerated fees or penalties for cancellation. See Terms Of Service for more detail.

Rental Term and Rental Fees
When renting the optional ONPREMISE Music System, the Service Term you select above also determines the Rental Term. Each rental includes our Extended System Warranty for the duration of the Service Term. An Early Termination Fee which is equal to the purchase price of the Music System less 50% of your rental payments, applies when a cancellation is prior to the end of the Service Term. There are no additional fees if cancellation occurs after the initial Service / Rental Term.
