Are there any non-refundable fees?

There are in fact some fees that are non-refundable. These include:

• Premium Services: Signature Services, Music Focus, Schedule Management, Message Production and Full Services are premium services that are charged separately from the monthly music service fees. These are non-refundable fees.
  
  
• ONPREMISE Music System: Purchases of the ONPREMISE Music System are refundable provided, the ONPREMISE Music System is returned in its original carton and packaging. The unit must be in like new condition with no visible damage or wear and tear. The ONPREMISE Music System warranty applies in lieu of a money back refund. The client is responsible for the return and related shipping costs of the NEXUS Music System.
  
  We recommend that you do not purchase or rent the ONPREMISE Music System until you have confirmed your satisfaction with the basic music service. ONPREMISE can be used with any basic PC or MAC and the Nexus Music Software. You can purchase or rent the ONPREMISE Music System at anytime following your trial of the service.
  
  
• Shipping & Handling: Any fees related to shipping and handling are non-refundable.
  
  
• Money we did not get: The only money Nextune can refund is the money that was given to Nextune
