You can start each work week with a message to all employees located in your venues. By simply connecting a microphone to a computer or using the built in microphone found in most computers. Create a greeting and any other information. Your computer will save the message as an audio file. Then, upload the file to your message library.

Create a playlist and insert only your message. Then schedule that playlist for the desired day and time you want your message played. That's all there is to it!

Each week, just change the message in the playlist. There is no need to change your schedule or create another message playlist to update your message.

This is a powerful tool to increase sales! You can easily insert any message into a playlist or music channel and have it played in your stores within 15 minutes after uploading it to your message library. You can even select a specific store or group of stores that will play the message.

Create a message in the manner described above or have your messaged professionally produced by nexTUNE. Select the schedule or create a schedule in "My Schedules" that has the music program you want played. Click the "Message Order" option in that schedule and insert your message. That's all there is to it!

Your message will play in the store according to your message order preferences.
